• Delegates arrived as early as 7.30am. Registration taking place.
  Awaiting the arrival of VIPs and the Prime Minister.
• VIPs & Guests arrived at the Dewan Wawasan at 9.13am. Awaiting for the Prime Minister arrival. The Prime Minister, Dato Sri Najib Mohd Bin Tun Abdul Razak arrives at 9.17am.
• The conference begins with the songs Negaraku, Barisan Nasional and follows by Satu Hati. The Doa Selamat was recited at 9.32am.
• Gerakan’s President 38th National Delegates Conference 2009 Speech
• Prime Minister’s Speech at 38th Gerakan National Delegates Conference
• The meeting was officially open by the Prime Minister at 11.15am
• The meeting was called to order at 11.32am with the full support for the Sec-Gen and Treasurer Report for 2008
• The debate on Presidential Speech started at 11.45am
• The conference was adjourned for lunch at 1.02pm
• The debate for Session (2) on Presidential Speech started at 2.01pm
• The session continues with the Reply by Central Leaders
• The Party President provides his reply to the debate and conclusion at 3.53pm
• Ammendment to the proposed Party Constitution begins at 4.11pm and was passed without any objection
• Declaration of the NDC begins at 4.27pm and was passed without any objection
• NDC adjourned at 4.35pm
